After payment, send the unlock code or flip the client to paid on your server. Watermarks vanish for good, no re-upload needed.

Honest note: any protection that runs in the browser deters people rather than locking the files. A developer with enough patience can strip it. It's built to stop the common “take the preview and ghost” move, not to replace a contract.
